One of the great things about working at Pipe Works Services is that you are allowed to grow and move up in the company. Introducing Tricia Bruno, our gregarious Sales Manager, who started in the call center. She worked hard in a male-dominated industry and moved up quickly. Tricia, like most Millennials, is very tech-savvy. Every day she is solving tech issues while simultaneously providing support and education to her 4 salesmen. She is fast on her feet, types at lightning speed, and talks even faster. That’s what makes it possible for her to cram 30 hours’ worth of work into one New Jersey day. Her abilities and knowledge are astounding for anyone, let alone a twenty-eight-year-old.

You may find it interesting that Tricia was a music major in college, playing the trombone. Once again, she chose a non-traditional path, but this time in instrument selection. There is a correlation, as her musical skills are related to her management style. A daily juggle of arbitrary problems builds to a crescendo, ending in a quiet melody. It does require a lot more than waving your arms to pull out the results she gets. You will never meet a young lady with such detailed knowledge of a furnace in your entire life! I secretly get a kick out of it when men try to challenge her expertise. She spends her valuable spare time hanging with her family, friends, and Shiba Inu, Mishka.
