We are always trying to stay current and ahead of the trends. In the office, we are transitioning our phone system into the future. No more desk phones and wires! It might look like a DJ dance party up in here but it’s all business 24/7. Mike who oversees the call center and Kayla who answers like 5,000 calls a day are hands-free.
Our calls are made through our computer with a dashboard display with a lot of bells and whistles. There may be glitches as we all make the transition so be patient with us as we learn to navigate the new software. The future is here so gotten ready.
