We have had Pipe Works into our home in Chatham on many occasions. They are trustworthy and do what they say they are going to do. Simply put, they are not the least expensive around but you definitely get what you pay for. Since we are in the real estate business @ Keller Williams in Summit, we understand how important quality service is. We will continue to use their services and recommend them to our friends and clients.
Rick was terrific! Excellent diagnostic skills - quickly uncovered the root cause of a problem with our sprinkler system that others had blamed on water pressure and other causes, saving our flowers, lawn and also potentially hundreds of dollars in repair costs. Outstanding service
Team of professionals from the phone operator to the head manager. Fixed all our issues, worked on pricing and left the house clean afterwards.
I've used them for years as a contract customer and always had reliable service. They are clean and professional. You definitely pay a bit more but its worth it for the service.
Could not be happier. Fast, organized, client service oriented and extremely professional.
We had a pipe crack open. Pipe works came quickly and did the necessary work efficiently. Rick and Malik explained what they were doing, and what my options were, and called in the remediation company to come same day.
Mario was very good at every step of the job---replacing a toilet from the 1930's with a modern one. There was a lot to learn. He showed me pictures of various models and explained how the new flushing system worked. This was just the beginning of an involved process which Mario performed perfectly while answering my many questions most clearly. All this was accomplished in a very short time---a gleaming new fixture. Amazing
Mario did a stellar job with the unexpectedly rescheduled water heater installation on Saturday. He explained everything thoroughly and with a sense of humor and personality. A day earlier Lloyd handled the initial crisis call I made when my water shut off valve would not turn off... before replacing the broken washer. In that process he noticed I had no shut off valve for the water heater. And that led to the discussion of the water heater's age.... made in 2005. I agreed that it would be smart to replace it in the following week and we set that up-- my proactive thinking that I would not have an "unexpected crisis" when it one day gave up. That very night my shower ran barely warm.... and I went to the basement to see that it was not operating at all. So thank you Lloyd for your thoughtful assessment of the whole situation. Thank you, Pipeworks and Kevin, for installing it the very next day in what surprisingly turned out to be that feared "crisis" of no hot water! Still getting my head around the timing of it all.
Pipeworks responded to the emergency situation in a timely and professional manner.
Professional,polite and very neat..excellent service
Was very happy with how the technician from Pipe Works inspected my 3 air conditioning units. He was very knowledgable and explained everything in a level I could understand. He also took time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend
Pipeworks stands by their work. All of their employees love to work for the company and will tell you so. Pleasant, clean and efficient.
Rick arrived as stated on time (on a Saturday) to fix our leaking Moen kitchen faucet. Although it could not be immediately repaired, he provided good advice and we have ordered a new faucet and Pipeworks will install it when it arrives this week.
Pipework's is still the area best for plumbing. No need to call any other service provider. Very competent tradesmen, very fussy with the install and cleanliness.
Pablo checked out our heater for the winter. He was very personable, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained in detail what he had found with the heater as well as our options. He also performed a plumbing review and gave estimates for a potential issue with our kitchen sink.
I am sure the technician would check out the job thoroughly no matter what my guidance was, (like what do we customers know, anyway?). And ken did a thorough job in all accounts! But I thought that my heads up advice would help in repairs at my old house, with old plumbing that is out of date, (viz. my upstairs bathroom favorite sink for my wife). Tough to match and to make work.
