I just purchased a new home earlier this year and have a very old boiler. I wanted to make sure it was working properly before the cold weather comes. I purchased the deal on Angie's List and the provider contacted me promptly and accepted a time slot I had suggested. I asked for a reschedule and they were very accommodating. The time-slot was from 10am - 1pm and the provider showed up around 11:30am. Lloyd was the person they sent and he was extremely polite,  professional, and knowledgeable. He checked the boiler and it seemed to be working fine. I asked him to check all of the radiators which he gladly did. He also was very patient and answered all of my questions with explanations that I could understand. Although I do need a new boiler, he did not push me or try to sell me on that. I asked for a rough idea of what a new boiler would cost and he called his office and gave me what sounded like a good and fair estimate.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this provider. I now have a clear understanding of how my heating system works and what I need to do to get it working as efficiently as possible.
