Customer originally called in with air flow issues in her bedrooms upstairs. After diagnosing the issue as poor ductwork design, we provided the customer with a couple different options. Rather than doing a costly and intrusive repair that would cost a lot of involve a lot of time. customer choose the best option of going with a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat that would be able to cool and heat the bedrooms .
