 Isolate, drain and remove one (1) existing boiler from the premise. 2. Supply and install one new Weil Mclain cast iron hot water boiler model #CGA- 5 which is rated at 140,000 B.T.U. 3. Make necessary connections to existing flue, gas, supply, return and feed water piping. 4. Make necessary connections to existing electrical connection from existing boiler. 5. Supply and install one (1) 50 gallon Rheem water heater.
