Heating - Blower on Ductless Mini-Split Blower Malfunction in Montclair, NJ

Customer stated that unit aren’t heating, neither of the two indoor head units. One is blowing cold air the other doesn’t even run.

Upon diagnosis found that one of the indoor unit supply temp was at 70 degrees, the other unit during heat mode the blower does no turn on, went outside and removed control panel cover to access true suction three way valve port, took pressure reading from true suction port and high pressure port, current reading is 19/167. Called Mitsubishi technical to verify my findings of refrigeration issue with unit, they stated the readings should be 85/400 on a 30 degree ambient day. Refrigeration issue found. Spoke to service manager, we installed these units 2 years ago and have had multiple issues afterwards, service manager stated we would have an install team come out and perform repair work.
