I recently had a new air conditioning system installed by Pipe Works. Kevin and his team were awesome ! The system works great and I was amazed when they put down carpet protectors and even wore shoe protectors. When they left they even cleaned the house !! I definitely would recommend them.

The Pipe Works team is phenomenal� starting with Tricia who picked up my first call in July 2016 to Ray the Project Manager who came by the next day for the estimate to the Technicians, Mike and Gio, who did the work 2 days later. This story starts with a new AC system our warranty company installed in October 2015, a month after moving in to our new home. Then after a mild winter we turned on the AC in May 2016 and there was nothing! The warranty company provided two contractors including the original installer to fix the issue. After 12-13 visits in almost 3 months we still had nothing but problems and lies, certainly no AC. Then the warranty company allowed us to call our own installer. So Lennox referred us to 4 preferred contractors including Pipe Works. They were all reasonably priced but Pipe Works had the timing, equipment and understanding to get the work done right and quickly. Again we had no AC what so ever for almost 10 months. Ray was thorough and patient with our questions and concerns the minute he walked in the door. The quality of work and craftsmanship was evident as soon as Mike and Gio showed up with pink plastic baggies on their shoes and they still rolled tarps throughout the house! Seriously, the time taken and compassion they had for our situation is something you want in a contractor but rarely see. Now my wife and I are now chill�n and enjoying the comfort of a Pipe Works AC job well done. With that we are converting to gas heat and want to have a 2nd attic based system installed next year� we look forward to calling Pipe Works again because we know they will get the job done right.

The Pipe Works team installed a new storage space in our attic in addition to reinsulating it. They were courteous, kept us current with the progress of the work and cleaned up meticulously afterwards. It was a long day for them, but we're very happy with the final product.

We were looking for a company to help us fix our heat loss problems we were having in our attic. Pipe works Services came to our house and gave us a prompt and competitive quote with an installation date. This week they performed all their work in one day. All the workers were very polite and hard working. They acted very professionally and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend this company to any of our friends.

We have been using another company in comparison to Pipe Works. It started with a quote on home insulation. My original company did not do insulation so I was forced to try someone else. I always get three quotes on all jobs. Pipe Works was the last to quote the job. First impression sold me. The salesman's professionalism was head and shoulders above the rest. Without getting to detailed and lengthy, Pipe Works nailed it...in all aspects of the job. With that, we decided to use them for our annual heating and air conditioning preventative maintenance. Since it's November, they performed the heating service. All checked out great. Johnathan, my Pipe Works representative, checked our whole home and gave his recommendations. We have hard water. I've known this since we purchased our home 13 years ago. The system we decided to go with was the Halo 5. Johnathan and Rick installed the system today along with a new hot water heater. Beautiful install! I have an engineering background and pay particular attention to detail, layout, and execution. Pipe Works accomplished all three. On the Halo 5; we performed the taste with the most particular person in our home, my wife. Well... She thought the best tasting water was from our tap! Not the Poland Spring water in the other glass. AWESOME! Very, very happy with our new insulation, hot water heater and our new Halo 5 whole house filtration system. Thank you Pipe Works for giving me a breath of fresh air with honesty and quality.

Your technician was very insightful and took his time to explain the problem. Even though it was a simple fix, he took his time to make sure problem did indeed get fixed, looked over system and pointed out items not caught by others in the past. Well done! I will use your services again if needed. Your availabilty on a holiday weekend was very appreciated. It was nice to deal with a dispatcher that was understanding and didnt rush you off the phone. We had Richard out to our house to connect our gas grill. This turned into a 5 hour job for Rich as the construction of the grill was faulty and he ended up having to take the grill apart and reconstruct the igniter on a brand new grill. His patience and dedication was above and beyond for this project. He started working in the daylight and ended up having to work by flashlight and lanterns in the dark. His commitment to making sure all was working was outstanding. Thank you Pipe Works for sending such a conscientious worker. We will always request Richard for our jobs.

I can't imagine any other company coming close to improving on the service I received from Pipe Works for the installation of our hot water heating system. Their friendly but very professional technician took the measurements and did the tedious calculations for the possible options available for us, any one of which involved solving some very tough piping or venting problems.It's obvious that he took pride in his work and wanted any decisions made to be the most beneficial for us. It's been over a year since the final installation of our system. It has functioned perfectly since day one. In retrospect, its obvious that all the right decisions were made. Not sure just any installer would have gotten it right.

Bathtub Clog

Customer called in stating her bathtub will not drain, she said it is a very old house with very old pipes. The technician arrived on site and spoke to the customer about the issue she was having. The technician visually inspected the bathtub in the 2nd floor bathroom and presented the customer with an estimate to clear the stoppage. Customer decided to proceed with the work. The technician set up protection in the bathroom and removed the overflow face plate. The technician then ran the electric snake which proved to be difficult since the home and plumbing were over 100 years old. The technician was able to jump the trap and clear the stoppage. Once the stoppage had been cleared the technician ran the water to ensure water was flowing down unobstructed. The technician then cleaned up the area and went over his work with the customer. Customer was happy that the tub had been cleared.

Working On Pipe Lining Project in Netcong, New Jersey

After extensive video inspection of the existing cast iron sewer line we found the entire line leading from the basement to the sewer main in the street to be compromised with excessive scale build up. Pipe Works Services, Inc. proposes the following work: - We will excavate the front yard by the curb to expose the existing cast iron sewer line. We will cut the existing sewer line and hydro scrub the entire line from inside home to the outside trench. This will allow us to flush out all the scale build up in the line into the trench outside and keep the inside of basement clean and free of scale backing up into home during the cleaning process. - We will use the Picote machine to clean and prepare the existing cast iron line to be lined. The inside sewer lines that are located in the back end of the home are not compromised like the lateral exiting the home. We will hydro scrub and Picote these lines clean. - We will supply and install approximately 70 ft. of 4 " scrim liner into existing line. The sewer will be lined from front wall of basement to sewer connection located in the middle of the street. We will use the steaming process to cure the new liner once it is installed. This process will ensure proper curing of the new liner. - Customer's existing water service is original 3/4" galvanized pipe. The main shut off valve is leaking. Due to the age and condition of the galvanized pipe, we highly recommend running a new service from the curb to the home. Since we will have a trench already open by the curb, this portion can be completed at a discounted rate. We will attempt to replace the main water shut off valve while we are installing the liner. If the existing line breaks while attempting to replace the valve, we will need to install the new service. Additional cost for waterservice is not included in this estimate but is listed below. - We will install a clean out by the curb for future service accesss.
