A customer called in after deciding it was time to make a change to their older leaking kitchen faucet. After going out and selecting the one they wanted, they knew they wanted a professional to come installs it for them. The customer made a call to the office to explain their needs, and we were able to send out DWight one of our more experienced plumbers. Dwight was able to go over the process with the homeowner and was then able to have it installed within about an hour. The customer was able to use their kitchen faucet right away.
