An Angie’s List customer found us after experiencing an issue with their toilet. One quick search of a plumber in the Chatham area, immediately listed us as the top rated plumber. With a quick call in the office, and some information confirmed, the customer was scheduled for a same day appointment to address the issue. Bobby arrived to the customer’s house within a couple of hours of scheduling the appointment. After some diagnostic work, he found the issue to be the fill valve and the flapper.
