A call came in from a new customer who found us online requested an estimate for better insulation. They lived at their house for 1 year but rented for 12. Our comfort adviser Tim went to the house and assessed that spray foam insulation would immensely help seal any unnecessary hot or cold air penetrating into the house. Technicians Nick, Malik and Gio were able to seal all the wall tops/penetrations/gaps/cracks in unconditioned space with expandable foam to mitigate air leaks. This work also qualified her for NJ BPI Clean Energy Program where she was eligible for rebates and reduced her energy bills.

Customer called in stating she has 2 toilets that are not working properly. Upon arrival, the technician spoke to the homeowner who stated the first floor powder room toilet takes about an hour to fill after being flushed and the second floor master bathroom toilet does not stop running. The technician inspected both toilets and found them both to be in need of rebuilding. The technician presented the customer with an estimate and the customer chose to proceed. Hydro Jetting a Main Sewer Line in Bridgewater, NJ

We received a call from a customer who was experiencing a lot of clogs and slow drains in the home. Our drain specialist arrived on site to perform a high-pressure water jetting on the main sewer line. He began by camera inspecting the main sewer line. The tech then hydro jetted the line multiple times in order to clean the pipe to the best of his abilities. After high-pressure water jetting the line he then flushed out the entire system. The technician inserted the camera again to inspect the cleanliness of the line and ensure proper flow. He tried to remove the tree roots and noted a clean-out is highly recommended. The clean out was recommended just in case any future back ups occur there is access to snake it from outside instead of removing the toilet bowl.

Clogged Drain in Bridgewater, NJ

A new customer from Bridgewater, NJ called into Pipe Works Services with a clogged drain only accessible on the roof. Pipe Works Services technician Pablo was dispatched and needed a ladder to be able to get to the roof so their was a possible hydro scouring situation needed. Pablo found that the current roof drain was completely backed up with debris. It's  a 2" roof drain from the diameter of the pipe coming up in the roof. This is not normal for roof drains usually they are between 3 to 4" pipe. Pablo offered options to redo roof drains. Upon attempt to clear drain Pablo managed to clear the drain since it was only blocked at the inlet of drain. Once cleared Pablo ran water for 10 minutes no signs of back up and heard water draining.
