An existing customer in Morris Plains, NJ called Pipe Works Services requesting her annual PSA inspection and maintenance on her air conditioning system. She came home a few days before her scheduled visit and her A/C wasn't working at all.

Solution

Pipe Works Services technician Alan performed her annual maintenance on the system, properly cleaned and inspected the outside coil along with diagnosed a bad capacitor on the outside unit. Alan installed a brand-new capacitor with all the necessary wiring and connections.
