Challenge
The customer called in looking for options to better condition the water coming into their home.
Solution
Our plumber Zach arrived at the customer's home and briefly went over the customer’s problems and expectations. After discussing some possible solutions, the customer decided to install the Halo Mini 3 series system. Zach was able to install the system the following day when the customer was available. The customer saw immediate results after Zach finished.
