Challenge

The customer called in after noticing the old cast iron sewer pipe was way past its life expectancy and started to show signs of cracking.

Solution

Our senior technician Jonny came out to assess the issue the same day and come up with a permanent solution. When Jonny arrived, he could see clear signs of cracking and even certain sections being held up by duct tape. Jonny sat down with the homeowner and went over the only possible solution. Jonny explained we would be replacing about 45 feet of the old cast iron with the new schedule 40 PVC. After consideration of the project, the customer knew we were the only company for her. The material was ordered, and we came to install the new piping the next day.
