Customer called in wanting to be proactive about replacing her 16 year old furnace . After discussing all options customer knew she this was the time to take care of . Customer decided to go with a top tier Lennox Furnace and also replace her aging Water Heater. Was ordered andin the next day the customer was available.
Customer choose to install 90,000 BTU ML180 Lennox Single Stage 80% Furnace
Customer also choose to install a new Rheem 40 water heater. We also upgraded smoke pipe from 3 to 4 inches
