Our technician went to a home to perform an HVAC service in Whippany, NJ. He performed a full ignition system renovation on the furnace and he cleaned all condensate tubing inside of the furnace while flushing the trap. The tech also found preexisting water stains underneath the furnace exhaust removal system. He tightened all surrounding screws to see if the leaking persists, or if the exhaust removal system may need to be addressed. Upon testing the system, he found that the second floor zone damper is not closing so he also fixed it. The technician left the system functioning properly and the customer is now living in a comfortable home.
