Water Heaters - Electric Tankless Hot Water Heater Installation in West Orange, NJ

Our technician arrived at the customer's home and he requested a tankless hot water heater. An electric unit is needed for the tankless options. The existing panel is an old 100 amp panel with no additional breakers for a new circuit. We provided the customer with the option to upgrade to a 200 amp panel. Since the tankless no longer uses the chimney to vent, it goes directly to outside with a pvc pipe. If a conventional water heater option had been chosen, we could have connected it to the existing chimney liner but we would have needed to install an expansion tank .
