Customer Service as a point of entry at Pipe Works Services is your first impression. This is why we have a well-trained call center using the most advanced software in the industry. When you call for service as an existing customer you will most likely be remembered by the staff based on previous interactions and jobs. We keep very detailed notes and photos of all of our jobs. If you don’t recall what work has been done in your home, we will! This comes in handy for things like selling your home post-inspection. We are your proof of cost and completion. The home inspection process is increasingly more intense and detailed in the hot real estate market.
The aesthetic has two meanings for Pipe Works Services. First is the idea that everything we install is a fit for your home visually. Second is that we leave your home just as we found it before any installations. The sign of a good job for us is when you don’t think about the discomfort you had before we serviced your home.
