A new customer who saw our Pipe Works Services truck in Chatham, NJ called in for an estimate to have their 35 year old HVAC system replaced. This customer was looking to heat and cool all the rooms in their home and he wanted the system replaced soon. Pipe Works Services Home Comfort Advisor Rob provided options for a HVAC replacement. Pipe Works Services technicians Ray, Jonny, Washington, Malik and Ryan installed a new High Efficiency HVAC system that will lower his energy bills and save them money!

A customer in Chatham, NJ called Pipe Works Services with a dehumidifier issue. Pipe Works Services technician Zach diagnosed that the dehumidifier needed to be replaced. Luckily, the customer had the dehumidifier under warranty. Months later, the customer called that is wasn’t working correctly. Pipe Works Services technician Pablo diagnosed that the condensate drain was clogged. Pablo was able to repair the line and the house was able to be dehumidified – which allows for better, drier air.

A Pipe Works Services customer called in to express a problem with her A/C unit in Chatham, NJ. The system was over 25 years old and was stated by the customer that the unit was on it’s “last leg”. Pipe Works Services technician Zach determined that it could possibly be repaired but a long term solution of replacing the unit would be a much better idea. An existing customer called Pipe Works Services in Chatham, NJ with a problem that his gutter drain lines were backing up. One of our senior technicians Jonny performed a camera inspection and it revealed a heavy backup in the drain line.

Our technicians determined that small excavation needed to be performed and that a new clean out that provides easy accessibility would need to be installed. Technicians Jonny, Odin, and Washington installed the clean out and jetted the line to ensure proper flow of the pipe so water doesn’t build up around the home.

A long time customer in Chatham, NJ called Pipe Works Services because her toilet was leaking when flushed. Pipe Works Services technician Jimmy diagnosed that there was a leak between the base and the tank.

The long term solution for this was to install a new toilet. The customer decided to purchase the new toilet and to have us install it for them. Pipe Works Services technician Rich installed the new toilet, lined the drain with the base properly, and reinstalled the supply line for water to the tank and it was good as new.
