The customer was facing quite a substantial amount of money in repair work and thought it would be better to just replace the unit rather than spend money and older system. Customer called in afterhours on a Sunday after they found out their boiler was moking heavily and leaking. Our Senior technician Jonny was able to come out and diagnose want went wrong. After seeing multiple issues with boiler includinga cracked heater exchanger the customer knew the boiler was unsafe to operate and could not be fixed. We were able to hav ethe boiler ordered and installed the next day.
