Before & After: Drain Cleaning

A new customer in Rockaway, NJ called Pipe Works Services because her drains were clogged. Our technician, Alan, was dispatched and found obstructions in the drain that were causing the clogs which were resulting in a backup in the main sewer line in the basement. Alan snaked the drain and retrieved many unwanted items: baby wipes and personal care products shouldn’t be flushed!

A customer called about an issue with clogged bathroom sink in Madison, NJ. Our drain specialist Dwight arrived the same day to take care of the issue. He was able to address the ussue right away and have the customer back up and running within a couple of hours.

Customer called in after noticing his kitchen sink backing up. After attempting to clear it himself with no success, he knew he had to call in a professional. He called us at Pipe Works Services in the morning and we were able to send out Chris our plumber later that afternoon. After Chris arrived and went over what was going on with the customer, he was then able to get to work clearing the clog. Chris was able to get the sink free flowing again and the customer was back up and running normally.
